Our website is secure for ordering online. Your personal and payment details are kept confidential.

You may order online through this site, or alternatively, if you would prefer to fax or email your order, please contact us and we will send you an order form in hard copy (paypal payments not accepted for this type of order).

PAYMENTS

We offer the following secure payment options:

CREDIT CARD:  Visa or  Mastercard

BANK DEPOSIT:  We prefer you to deposit your payment directly in to our bank account. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Our bank account details will be shown at checkout.

DELIVERY

Due to the variance in size of wholesale orders, the delivery cost will be calculated manually and you will be advised of the cost. Delivery costs are generally between $10 and $50 (exceptionally large orders or orders to remote locations, may incur additional costs).

Baby House attempts to find the cheapest method of delivery and as such, orders will be sent via road couriers. However, if your order is relatively small it may be cheaper to send via air courier.

If your order is urgent, please advise us and we will obtain an express delivery cost for you.
