I bought tge playpen and the mat, costs almost 1,000 together.
I received and installed the playpen and found out the gate of the playpen was faulty. It was not straight, fall a bit inside about 2cm made it not firm or stable. I immediately sent email to customer service and got silence for 2-3 weeks until now I got no feedback from them.
Very bad product and customer service!!!
