  • Delivery Time : 2-7 days
  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing. For a big parcel(Alzipmat), it might take extra 5~10 days depending on delivery company/shipping area.  If the shipping cost is too high, we will contact you for extra charges/cancellation.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service centre if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

A Friendly Note About Your Delivery

We want to make sure you receive your order smoothly. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to accept the delivery.

If our couriers attempt a delivery and no one is home, the parcel might be returned to us.(Notification is given, Delivery attempted, Tracking number is given). In this case, you will be responsible for covering all shipping fees, which includes the initial cost to send your order and any return charges incurred.

Incorrect Delivery Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout before completing your order. As a seller, we process orders promptly and are required to ship directly to the exact address provided during checkout.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all shipping information, including unit numbers, street details, and postcodes, are accurate prior to finalizing the order.

Orders Sent to Incorrect Addresses: We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In these instances, we are unable to offer refunds, free replacements, or re-deliveries.

Address Changes Before Shipping: If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update the details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has entered our fulfillment queue.

Returned to Sender (RTS) Packages: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an invalid or incorrect address, we will notify you upon receipt. You will have the option to:

Re-ship the item: The customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping costs.

Receive a store credit or refund: A refund or store credit for the item price will be issued, minus any original shipping costs incurred by us.
